Knoxville Data Facility Highlights
Webservio's Tennessee data center has all the essential features of a Tier 2 facility with onsite engineering services available.
Location
Webservio's Knoxville data center is located in close proximity to Oak Ridge and Lenoir City. Atlanta, Nashville, Chattanooga, Lexington, and the Tri-cities of East Tennessee are just a short drive away. 24/7 access is available so that you can manage your equipment on your schedule. Bandwidth
The Webservio team has recently made updates to the network cabling, switching, and routing, including the addition of 10GbE cabling and Cisco enterprise switching. Two bandwidth providers service the facility with BGP failover configuration available. Other specialized data connections can be accommodated, including multihome, point-to-point, and bring your own provider.
Power
The Knoxville facility has redundant power provided by UPS battery backup with a diesel generator for extended support. Other mechanical systems include 27 tons of N+1 cooling, Fike Ecaro fire suppression system, electronic access control, and video surveillance.
Engineering
Webservio has been providing colocation and hosting services for over 15 years. Our experienced team of engineers and support staff are available to help with remote hand, custom configurations, or managed services.
Other Options
By default, colocation clients are assigned our Knoxville-based IPs, but you can also bring your own IP class. Rooftop space is available for mounting antennas, dishes, or other communications equipment. Remote power control and KVMoIP, managed firewall, onsite and/or offsite backups, virtualization are some of the other services available at this location.
